# Considering the impact on the environment, a hardcopy of the abstract book will only be provided upon request. A softcopy of the abstract book will be provided to all delegates.

Registration Procedures
Participants may register for the Congress by the following methods:

Complete the registration form and return it to the Congress Secretariat by fax or mail with appropriate payment. (The Registration form is to be completed in BLOCK letters or typed).

To enjoy the early bird rate, registration must be received no later than 30 April 2010.

Cancellation Policy
Refund of cancellations of registration will be made subject to the following deadlines and administrative charges:

Cancellations received on or before
11 June 2010
50% of the registration fee will be refunded
Cancellations received after
11 June 2010
We regret that no refunds will be issued.

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Congress. Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received before 30 June 2010.

Notes:
1. Registrations are subject to acceptance on a first come, first served basis.
2. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Please do not send cash.
3. Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. A photocopy of the registration form is acceptable.
4. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If this confirmation has not been received within two weeks, please contact the Registration Department (reg@aplar2010.com).
5. The Congress Program is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Congress, the only liability of the Congress Organisers is to refund all the fees paid.
6. All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
7. A replacement or transfer is allowed provided the replacement is from the same organization and upon receipt of a written request from the person to be replaced.
8. Accompanying Person(s) means the spouse/ family member(s) of delegate(s).
