Congress Venue
The 14th Congress of Asia Pacific League of Association for Rheumatology (APLAR 2010) will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).

Registration and Information Desk
Our information counters will be operated throughout the Congress for all participants, accompanying persons and day participants.

Language
English is the official language of the Congress.

Badge
Each participant will be provided with a name badge and invitations for social program at the Congress registration desk at HKCEC. All participants are requested to wear their name badges throughout the Congress and social program. Only badge holders will be admitted to the Congress venue, meeting rooms, related exhibitions and social program.

Insurance and Liability
Participants are advised to secure their own insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage or loss of personal properties.

Letter of Invitation
To facilitate registrants' visa application, registrants may make a request in writing for a letter of invitation to attend the Congress from the Congress Secretariat.
